We have a pause this week on birthdays, but don’t worry we will celebrate another one in a couple of weeks. Maybe we could do a partner workout next week in honor of an anniversary. This one is mine. I’ll think on that one. As the weather is nice, think more about running for warm up. But really concentrate while you aren’t working for time, to incorporate that pose running form. Form always matters!
