WODs for the week 9-28-20 to 10-3-20

We are apparently in the second wave of Covid, as cases are going up again in our area and elsewhere. During the first wave we closed the gym. We won’t be closing at this time, but we need to step up again on our protective behaviors. You need to wear a mask to enter the gym! Use hand sanitizer as soon as you arrive. Take your mask off when you are actively warming up, but keep it with you. Wear your mask again to go to the station where you will work out. Most equipment will be laid out for you. If you do not have the equipment you prefer, put your mask back on to exchange it. Wipe all equipment off when you are finished and leave it at the station where you worked out. No more clusters of people at the weights, bars and collar areas, or at the dumbbells, med balls and abmat racks. David said there is some evidence that the virus has mutated and become more contagious but less deadly. There is still so much we don’t know. We don’t want it running rampant if there is anything we can do to prevent it in our gym.

Open Gym at 8am and 9am
