I’ve also been told to take it easy on the shoulders this week. Is anyone else extra sore? Hopefully, you can rest and recover this weekend and be ready to work again. Be sure to scale appropriately. When you need to rest a bit and are really sore, back off a bit where you’re sore and work harder on areas that still feel fine. Find a balance that you can sustain for a lifetime. Injuries are not the goal and won’t make you better.
